Introduction to the Emergency Water Purification Vehicle System
The emergency water purification vehicle system is designed to meet the diverse functional needs of various scenarios, including emergency cases, disaster sites, and post-disaster reconstruction efforts. Therefore, it places high demands on the stability and reliability of water purification technologies, processes, and control systems, as well as its adaptability to raw water sources. The BluePro PLC, specifically utilized in this rapidly responsive emergency water supply vehicle, incorporates a purification unit that utilizes a dual-membrane method of "ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis." This advanced technology effectively treats a wide range of complex water qualities, including high-algae, brackish, high-turbidity, polluted surface water, and low-temperature/low-turbidity water, making it suitable for use in various regions such as Northeast China, North China, and Southwest China.
The PLC collects various water quality parameters, pressure, conductivity, temperature, and other relevant data through multiple analog inputs. Based on the defined process flow, it controls various components such as intake pumps, backwashing pumps, booster pumps, blowers, and solenoid valves. Through automated control processes like pretreatment, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, or reverse osmosis, the treated water meets the national standards for drinking water quality as specified in the "Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water." Furthermore, the system boasts a high water production capacity of up to 5m³/h, ensuring that it can maintain this output even under the most unfavorable water quality conditions. This makes it well-suited to respond to water shortages caused by various natural disasters, including earthquakes, mudslides, and floods.

In the ground intelligent distribution system, the high voltage cabinet adopts the relay protection device supporting power 104 or IEC61850 protocol; The low voltage cabinet integrates bus motor protection module and gateway module based on PLC technology to form programmable intelligent distribution cabinet. The high and low voltage cabinets are interconnected through Ethernet.
